Prepare evidence safely
Send only what an investigator needs to understand what happened.
Review every file first
Remove faces, names, addresses, account details, and location information you do not want Meridian to see. Image files can also contain hidden metadata. Forma cannot redact files for you.
The report shows raster previews locally before upload. SVG files are listed by role and size but are never rendered in the browser.
Choose the smallest useful set
Include the Forma export and a screenshot of the visible label. Include the source when you still have it, and add supporting files only when they explain the result.
- Use Remove or Replace before upload.
- Use Delete uploaded evidence from the receipt or report email if you send a file by mistake.
- Evidence left in an unfinished report and its draft metadata are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours.
