Report an incorrect AI label
Use this private report when a Forma export is described as AI-generated and you want Meridian to investigate the export boundary.
What to expect
The report asks what happened, where the description appeared, which Forma background setting you used, whether the file changed afterward, and how Meridian may reply.
A report can document Forma’s output and support a human investigation. It does not guarantee that an outside label will change.
Your evidence and deletion choices
Evidence is private, available only to authorized Meridian operators and the disclosed infrastructure needed to run the report service. It is not used for training, advertising, sale, public examples, or unrelated product work.
You can delete uploaded evidence early from the receipt or report email. Otherwise, evidence is deleted seven days after Addressed and report/contact data is deleted after 30 days.
